Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Safety/PSM focused professional in Texas to maintain and improve our Process Safety Management and RMP programs. You will support ammonia system operations, update SOPs and training records, and lead PSM meetings while logging action items and contributing to environmental sustainability initiatives.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119, and the ability to read P&ID diagrams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ year of directly related experience with knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 regulations and APSM or similar PSM compliance software experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret piping, instrument, and block flow diagrams; basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently.

What You’ll Need:
