Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a PSM/Compliance Specialist to support the ammonia refrigeration and safety programs at our Texas facility. The role involves maintaining PSM/RMP documentation, SOPs, and training records, while participating in ammonia system operations and safety reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of related experience, be proficient with MS Word/Excel, and familiar with SAP. Knowledge of PSM software is a plus, with a strong focus on accuracy and independent work in a

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of directly related experience required; APSM or similar PSM compliance software experience preferred.
• Skills: Read/interpret P&ID, ISA blocks; MS Word/Excel; SAP knowledge a plus; strong communication and problem-solving; self-motivated and independent work.

• Skills:Ability to read and interpret piping, instrument, and block flow diagrams; basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills;self-motivated and capable of working independently.
