Job summary

You will lead training initiatives, drive strategy alignment with regulatory requirements and our SIPS program, and help maintain a strong safety culture across operations. This role requires long hours, on-call status when needed, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Health & Safety, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience leading trainings or mentoring staff or managing a process/project.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve PSM processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report on PSM and RMP to location management and track KPIs.
• Provide training to production employees and management per OSHA and regulatory programs.
