Job summary

Calumet is seeking a PSM Engineer to manage the site’s Process Safety Management program, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA requirements. You will coordinate MOC, SOLs, and PSI management while supporting field personnel and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a chemical engineering degree with 3–5 years of refinery process experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Travel to sites and field work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in petroleum refinery process engineering and unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and steward the PSM program for the site, ensuring compliance and improvements.
• Coordinate MOC activities and maintain Safe Operating Limits (SOLs).
• Lead/participate in Process Hazard Analysis reviews and manage PHA schedules.
• Coordinate RMP updates and training to CSR employees.
