Job summary

CSR is seeking a PSM Engineer in Louisiana to drive the site's Process Safety Management program, coordinating audits, MOC activities, and regulatory updates. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance and Reliability to implement improvements and track action items.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and 3–5 years’ refinery process engineering experience, with strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in petroleum refinery process engineering and unit operations.
• Experience with OSHA PSM, PHA, PSSR, MOC, and related regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and steward the site PSM program, ensuring compliance and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and updates to procedures; track actions and closure.
• Lead/participate in Process Hazard Analyses and manage MOC workflows.
• Coordinate RMP updates and training for CSR employees.
