Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of refinery process engineering experience.
• Experience with OSHA PSM, PHA, MOC, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive PSM/RMP program compliance for the site.
• Coordinate MOC and manage Change processes.
• Lead PHA/PSI reviews and Safe Operating Limits (SOLs).
• Coordinate audits, investigations, and action-item closure.
• Develop procedures and maintain process safety documentation.
