Job summary

Halocarbon, LLC is seeking a PSM Specialist to lead and advance its process safety management program at our facility in the United States. You will assess risks, implement protective controls, and drive compliance with air, water, remediation, and emergency response requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or process safety preferred.
• PE/CSP/CCPSC certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in chemical manufacturing/handling preferred.
• Experience leading process hazard analyses is a plus.
• Ability to apply industry standards and RAGAGEP in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PSM program to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS and PSM systems.
• Lead PHAs, ensure accurate PSM information, and champion design reviews.
• Oversee MOC and RMP processes; develop leading/lagging indicators.
• Conduct PSM audits and drive employee involvement in activities.
• Coordinate incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
