Job summary

Living Well LCSW PC in Williamsburgh, NY is seeking a compassionate Psychotherapist to join our growing practice. You will provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, assess clients, and develop tailored treatment plans within a supportive, clinically focused environment.

You will use CBT/DBT or trauma-informed care, monitor progress, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related clinical field.
• Active NY licensure or license-eligible (LCSW/LMHC).
• Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy.
• Proficiency with evidence-based modalities and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions to a diverse client population
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and coordinate care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
• Active LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent New York State licensure (or license-eligible)
• Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice
• Polish speaker a plus
