Thriving Center of Psychology in New York City is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work.

You must hold an active New York LCSW license. We offer a salaried W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload, and a real clinical community, with weekly case consultations and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active and clear New York LCSW license.
• Master's degree in social work (MSW).
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults in outpatient settings.
• Able to work a 40-hour work week and see about 27 clients per week.
• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or via telehealth.

What you will do

• Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.
• Use evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFTclinicians.
