Job summary

River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA seeks a PSH Residential Support Housing Specialist to ensure stable housing for clients while maintaining program compliance and financial reporting. The role handles budgets, grant documentation, and lease management within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have financial acumen, organizational skills, and experience working with housing programs and grants. A bachelor’s degree is required and health services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in behavioral health and/or social services.
• Experience with homelessness is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial reporting, billing software, and web-based applications.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly reimbursement requests and grant-related reports.
• Manage federal award budgets, including GHFAPSH and Supportive Services funding, and coordinate internal and external grant financial management activities.
• Utilize financial accounting, reporting, and billing systems, including spreadsheets, Stampli, Tradogram, and eCivis.
• Monitor and report on rent collections, budgets, grant expenditures, program utilization, and outcomes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and program data and communicate findings effectively.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the Yardi Voyager system.
• Review leases and execute annual lease renewals as authorized.
