Qualifications

• Active Idaho Property & Casualty license is required or able to obtain.
• Previous experience in insurance, client service, sales, or relationship management preferred.
• Personal and/or small commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to referrals, cross-sell opportunities, inbound leads, and existing client needs.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand exposures, gaps, risk tolerance, and budget.
• Quote and place personal and small business insurance with appropriate options.
• Manage client relationships through placement, service, and renewal until support is assigned.
