Job summary

Institutional Shareholder Services is seeking a Vote Execution Analyst in Norman, Oklahoma. You will monitor proxy voting flow, collaborate with ballot providers, and resolve issues to ensure accurate vote transmission.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a commitment to continuous process improvement. The position offers a full-time, hybrid arrangement with opportunities to work with internal teams, custodian banks, and external providers to optimize proxy processes

Responsibilities

• Link proxy ballot provider data to ISS proxy voting data.
• Improve processes for proxy voting and distribution data management.
• Serve as SME on proxy flow and ballot provider issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, custodian banks, and ballot providers to resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review reports and drive continuous process improvements and controls.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to meet team goals.
• Maintain data quality in mission critical information systems.
• Coordinate with account managers and client implementation for data delivery.
• Ensure audit trails for data movement between systems.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive issue resolution.
• Assist in training documentation and standard operating procedures.
