Hours: Monday – Friday, full time
Saturdays required from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Shift Times: [candidate chooses preference]

  • AM: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
  • PM: 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST
Role Summary

A Proxy Call Center Representative will work remotely and must be a professional individual with excellent reading comprehension and verbal communication skills. To succeed, the candidate should be able to multitask in a high-volume, production-driven environment while maintaining performance standards.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
  • Handle large call volumes using an automated dialer
  • Research shareholder contact information manually
  • Solicit shareholder votes and record instructions accurately
  • Respond to shareholder inquiries using provided materials
  • Maintain call center database by entering data
  • React quickly to questions and refer to support guides
  • Follow scripts and department procedures effectively
Skills, Capabilities, and Attributes
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous call center or cold calling experience preferred
  • Prior sales experience
  • Ability to work remotely from a private, quiet location
  • Note: All employees will verify their work environment and IT security capabilities on Day 1 with managers
  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Computer Equipment Requirements
  • Windows PC (no iPads, MacBooks, or Chromebooks)
  • Windows 10 preferred
  • Google Chrome as default browser
  • Unmetered high-speed internet (no hotspots)
  • Unmetered mobile phone for contact purposes
  • USB noise-cancelling headset (not wireless)
  • Working camera, especially for training
Compensation
  • $18.00 hourly
