You will generate leads through door-to-door outreach, present pre-qualification pitches, and track daily results. This full-time role offers weekly performance bonuses, paid training, and a schedule that includes weekdays and weekends. Background in sales is helpful; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Door-to-door sales/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality leads while engaging in door‑to‑door campaigning in assigned territories
• Learn and confidently deliver a pre‑qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
• Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally and positively
• Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum 18 years of age)
• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Previous door‑to‑door sales, appointment setting, or retail experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations in the area
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
• Ability to learn and then utilize selling techniques
• Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods
• Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
