Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Canvassing Representative in Florida to engage homeowners door-to-door and introduce our premium window and door replacement solutions. You will be the face of the brand, creating memorable first impressions while delivering presentations and generating qualified leads in target neighborhoods.

We offer paid training, a strong internal promotion path, and a compensation model of $25/hour to $40/hour with weekly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation to various locations in the area.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories.

• Meet daily and weekly goals while presenting the company professionally.

As a Residential Canvassing Representative, you’ll be a vital member of our creative marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services by going door to door in targeted marketing areas.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories
• Learn and confidently deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
• Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally and positively
• Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent - (Minimum 18yrs of Age)
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience
• Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work Flexible Schedule – Including Weekends if Needed
• Ability to learn and then utilize selling techniques
• Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods
• Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills
