Endicott College in Massachusetts, located about 20 miles north of Boston on a seaside campus, seeks a Provost and Chief Academic Officer to guide its academic strategy through growth and innovation. The role partners with faculty leadership and ECFA and champions The Endicott Experiential Edge to advance undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.

Reporting to the President, the Provost will lead academic enterprise, strengthen quality, expand partnerships, and model transparent governance

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership in higher education.
• Experience leading academic organizations and supervising academic leaders.
• Ability to allocate resources strategically and drive data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with accreditation, assessment, and continuous improvement practices.
