Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Provider Relations lead in Virginia to leverage established pediatric and behavioral health networks. You will open doors, nurture relationships with providers, and drive referrals to start care for families in need.

You’ll travel regionally, partner with intake and clinical teams, and maintain organized records to quantify impact. Ideal candidates will have ABA or healthcare intake experience, existing Virginia relationships, and a proven, relationship-driven

Qualifications

• ABA or healthcare experience is required.
• Established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in Virginia.
• Relationship-driven mindset focused on high-conversion interactions.
• Must live within commuting distance of Virginia and know the local community.
• Willingness to travel regionally with mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to manage territory independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners across Virginia.
• Represent The Treetop in provider offices, community events, and professional meetings.
• Drive completed intakes by turning provider trust into families starting care.
• Respond quickly to referrals so no family waits.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for a smooth start to care.
• Keep activity and relationships logged for visibility of success.
