You will open doors, build genuine relationships, and ensure families start care quickly by driving referrals and coordinating with intake and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• ABA experience in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations.
• Established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in Tucson.
• Relationship-driven approach focusing on referrals and conversions.

Responsabilités

• Build and deepen relationships with pediatric providers, diagnosticians, behavioral health professionals, schools, and referral partners in the Tucson area.
• Represent The Treetop in provider offices, community events, and professional meetings.
• Drive completed intakes by turning provider trust into families starting care.
• Respond quickly to referrals to minimize wait times for families.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams for smooth starts to care.
• Identify new outreach angles and untapped networks, including Tucson's military community.
• Keep activities and relationships organized and logged to measure effectiveness.
