Provisioning Specialist / Machine Finisher (Manufacturing)

The Provisioning Specialist / Machine Finisher is responsible for efficiently handling routine, escalated, and expedited orders, ensuring all are completed within published SLAs. The role includes participating in customer go-live activities, such as hot-cut activities, engaging carriers for service issues, and rerouting as necessary.

Effective communication is essential, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity with team members, customers, and sales partners unfamiliar with provisioning processes. The specialist must manage emails individually and in group queues, responding to inquiries and taking necessary actions as per corporate procedures.

The role involves contacting customers, team members, or sales staff to resolve paperwork discrepancies or technical questions, performing these tasks within company guidelines. Additionally, the specialist may perform various tasks across Provisioning or other departments as directed by management.
