Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Provisioning Operational Support Specialist to manage onboard provisioning, payment device distribution, and program performance. You will work with Inflight, Marketing, Operations Control Center, and suppliers to ensure accurate provisioning, inventory, and safety standards across Breeze operations.

You will help develop service manuals, coordinate with business partners, and support a rapid-response environment during surge operations. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in an operations-centric role.
  • Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by immigration laws.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage payment device distribution, collection, and device performance.
  • Collaborate with Inflight Team Members to track provisioning discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Onboard Service and Provisioning to track onboard sales and program performance.
  • Respond to real-time provisioning concerns with Operations Control Center.
  • Ensure adequate inventory of snacks and supplies; order provisioning items as needed.
  • Conduct sight visits to kitchen locations to ensure partner compliance with Breeze policies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product development and testing.
  • Focus on safety and security throughout provisioning design and operations.
  • Create aircraft stowage and galley packing diagrams for normal and surge operations.
  • Build relationships with various teams to ensure protocol adherence.
  • Aim to achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze values.

This role will be responsible for provisioning pack out strategy, payment device management, developing Breeze Airways Onboard Service and Procedures including the service manual, communicating service needs and adjustments, analyzing data to enhance service and our Buy on Board program.
