Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking a Provisioning Analyst to coordinate end-to-end provisioning for enterprise systems, applications, hardware, software, telecommunications services, and user access in a full-time, days shift in San Rafael, CA.

The role partners with Information Technology, Human Resources, and vendors to ensure secure, timely provisioning that supports workforce productivity and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, CS, Telecom, Healthcare Admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, ServiceNow, IAM experience preferred.
• Minimum two years provisioning/identity and access management experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Epic, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, JAMF, Intune or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting onboarding, transfers, offboarding, RBAC, workflow automation, reporting and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provisioning activities within SLAs.
• Provision and maintain user accounts, applications, hardware, software, and system access.
• Validate RBAC using least-privilege principles and security standards.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, leaders, vendors, and third parties on onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Monitor provisioning queues and resolve delays or outages.
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain records in ticketing, provisioning, and asset systems.
• Develop SOPs and technical documentation.
• Generate reports and metrics for leadership decisions.
• Support audits with documentation of provisioning activities.
• Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.
