Job summary

MarinHealth in Greenbrae, CA is seeking a Provisioning Analyst to coordinate end-to-end provisioning for enterprise systems, identity, access management, and user access. You will partner with Information Technology, Human Resources, operational leaders, vendors, and service providers to ensure secure, timely provisioning and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; ITIL Foundation preferred.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise provisioning, IAM, IT ops, or healthcare tech.
• Experience with major apps/platforms listed above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provisioning to meet SLAs.
• Provision and maintain user accounts, apps, hardware, and system access.
• Validate RBAC using least-privilege and security standards.
• Partner with HR, IT leaders, vendors for onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor queues, resolve delays, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records in ticketing, provisioning, and asset systems.
• Create SOPs, generate reports, and support audits.
• Identify automation and workflow improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA, cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
