Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, informatics, information systems, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of Epic end-user training experience, including provider training.
• 3+ years of leadership or program management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing enterprise-level training programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
