Job summary

Manor Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated Provider Talent Partner to source, recruit, and manage relationships with healthcare providers within the aesthetics field. You will lead full-cycle recruitment from outreach through onboarding, leveraging industry connections and ATS tools to create a smooth candidate experience.

This role offers exposure to a dynamic, growth-oriented practice, with base pay plus uncapped bonus potential, plus benefits such as unlimited PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management tools.
• Extensive network and connections within the aesthetics industry or related healthcare fields.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively using various channels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently throughout the recruitment process.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including industry networks, referrals, and online platforms.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage HR systems to track candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and industry contacts to facilitate ongoing talent acquisition needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and maintain connections within the aesthetics sector to identify potential candidates quickly.
