You will build industry connections, collaborate with internal teams on staffing needs, and stay informed about trends in aesthetics to quickly identify top talent in Dallas and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in healthcare/aesthetics.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and HR management tools.
• Extensive network within aesthetics or related healthcare fields.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels and networks.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from outreach to onboarding.
• Manage HR systems to track candidates, interviews and metrics.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers to support ongoing talent needs.
