Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 20%.

• Partner with leaders to develop proactive recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
• Build and maintain provider talent pipelines.

• Collaborate with marketing to enhance provider recruitment and employer brand.
