Position: Provider Support Advocate

Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire Remote Provider Support Advocates.

The Provider Support Advocate is responsible for providing a broad range of customer and provider experience lifecycle management support services. This includes bi-directional provider support, tracking provider interactions, ticket support, technical oversight, reporting, data sharing, and process improvements aligned with HRSA’s strategic goals.

Operating Hours:

9 am - 9 pm EST, Monday - Friday

Location & Equipment:
  • Broadband internet (min 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload), no satellite
  • Ethernet connection required
  • Private, quiet workspace at home
  • Computer, monitor(s), and headset provided
Job Duties:
  • Handle provider inquiries (~5000/month)
  • Check provider status and draft responses
  • Respond using CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Conduct outreach to maintain provider satisfaction
  • Manage calls regarding concerns, disputes, and technical issues
  • Track interactions to improve workflows and engagement
  • Address policy, technical, and payment inquiries
  • Perform recoupment, audit support, and fraud risk activities
  • Verify and update provider information
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-5 years customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Government clearance preferred
  • Training and certification required
  • Knowledge of government programs
  • Ability to type at least 20 WPM
Physical & Additional Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
