Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire Remote Provider Support Advocates.
The Provider Support Advocate is responsible for providing a broad range of customer and provider experience lifecycle management support services. This includes bi-directional provider support, tracking provider interactions, ticket support, technical oversight, reporting, data sharing, and process improvements aligned with HRSA’s strategic goals.
9 am - 9 pm EST, Monday - Friday
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
