Job Description: Provider Support Advocate

Lensa, a leading career site, is seeking professionals for our client, Pearl Interactive Network, to apply via Lensa today.

Position: Remote Provider Support Advocate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer and provider lifecycle management support services, including provider interactions, ticket support, technical oversight, reporting, data sharing, and workflow improvements in line with HRSA’s strategic goals.
  • Handle approximately 5,000 provider inquiries per month, checking provider status, drafting responses, and using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Conduct outreach surveys, manage complex policy and technical inquiries, verify/update provider information, and perform payment and recoupment activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-5 years of customer service or financial service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Familiarity with government programs and CRM systems
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM

Work Environment & Equipment:

  • Remote work with broadband internet, Ethernet connection, private workspace, and provided computer equipment.

Operating Hours: 9 am - 9 pm EST, Monday - Friday
