We are hiring Remote Provider Support Advocates responsible for managing customer and provider experience lifecycle support services. Responsibilities include provider support, tracking interactions, ticket management, technical oversight, reporting, data sharing, and process improvement aligned with HRSA’s strategic goals.
9 am - 9 pm EST, Monday - Friday
