Job Description: Provider Support Advocate

Lensa, a leading career site, is seeking professionals for our client, Pearl Interactive Network. We are hiring Remote Provider Support Advocates responsible for managing customer and provider experience lifecycle support services. Responsibilities include provider support, tracking interactions, ticket management, technical oversight, reporting, data sharing, and process improvement aligned with HRSA’s strategic goals.

Operating Hours:

9 am - 9 pm EST, Monday - Friday

Location & Equipment Requirements:
  • Broadband internet (min 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
  • Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Private, secure home workspace
  • Provided computer equipment, monitor(s), and headset
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle approximately 5,000 provider inquiries monthly
  • Check provider status in reporting systems
  • Draft responses and respond via CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Conduct outreach surveys and maintain provider satisfaction
  • Address concerns, disputes, and technical or policy issues
  • Perform payment-related inquiries and recoupment activities
  • Verify and update provider information
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-5 years customer service or financial service experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Experience with government programs and CRM systems
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM (30 WPM preferred)
Physical & Background Checks:

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and pass background, drug, and skills assessments.
