Job summary

Tava Health is seeking a Provider Success Associate to retain and grow the practices of providers on our platform. You’ll maintain relationships, help providers expand to new states or networks, and drive adoption of features and tools that enhance day-to-day operations.

You will work in a high-volume, high-touch role, using HubSpot, Notion, and Slack to track progress and share insights. This is a remote-friendly, fast-growing team with a mission to improve access to quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication to build trust with providers.
• Experience with CRM tools and collaboration tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to monitor provider engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to providers via email, phone, and video.
• Maintain a consistent engagement cadence and log all touches in HubSpot.
• Run monthly availability reviews and re-engage at-risk providers.
• Lead feature-enablement sessions (AI Scribe, scheduling, billing).
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to playbooks and Notion docs.
