Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate in Provider Success to drive cross-functional solutions for provider escalations and to build strong relationships with internal and external partners. You will own end-to-end solutioning and data-informed decision making.

Based in Tempe, AZ, the role requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office per week, Thursdays being in-office for meetings and events. Report to the Manager, Provider Success, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, or consulting.
• 3+ years coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years designing and improving workflows and related procedures and tooling.
• Experience distilling and communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and collaborates on problem definition, remediation, and root-cause solutions.
• Uses data to drive cross-functional strategic decisions.
• Builds trusted relationships with internal/external stakeholders via effective communication.
• Supports team with knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations.
