• 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years of operations and/or a provider experience role.

Responsibilities

• Advance Strategic Provider Relationships: lead complex provider initiatives and coordinate joint priorities.
• Own the Provider Operating Model: stand up Joint Operating Committee and governance.
• Orchestrate Cross Functional Execution: align work across multiple functions and manage dependencies.
• Drive Accountability and Performance: maintain integrated workplans and provide clear dashboards.
