Job summary

ProviDRs Care in Wichita, KS is seeking an onsite Provider Relations Representative. You will be the main contact between healthcare providers and the company, handling claims, billing questions, and provider onboarding.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to learn healthcare terminology and claims systems on the job. This is a full-time, onsite role with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails from providers regarding claims, billing, authorizations, and general inquiries.
• Assist in resolving provider concerns by collaborating with internal departments such as Claims, Member Services, and Credentialing.
• Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems, including contact information, contract status, and documentation.
• Help onboard new providers by collecting forms and documents, and guiding them through ProviDRs Care procedures.
• Distribute educational materials and updates about system changes or policy updates to providers.
• Ensure all provider interactions and updates are documented accurately for reporting and compliance purposes.
