Job summary

Avesis Incorporated is seeking a Provider Relations Representative to connect our vision provider network with education and support, in a hybrid role based near Kentucky. You will educate providers, resolve issues, and collaborate across departments to improve access and performance.

The role emphasizes relationship building, in-person and remote engagement, and ongoing education to ensure accurate eligibility, claims, and directory information for our members. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Dental office experience.
• Comprehension of Dental Terminology.
• The ability to travel up to 50% is required to meet prospective clients, existing customers, attend trade shows and other meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster best-in-class provider education and tackle provider inquiries.
• Manage provider outreach via in-person/video/phone/email for performance improvement.
• Educate providers to enable self-sufficiency in eligibility, claims submission and payment.
• Hold monthly/quarterly meetings with provider groups and document discussions/actions.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Credentialing to manage provider contracting/credentialing.
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned providers and document interactions.
