Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Provider Service Representative to support the health insurance overpayment recovery process. You will manage provider accounts, initiate calls, and document activity in the CollectOne system.

Required are a high school diploma (college coursework preferred) and strong communication. Prior experience in medical billing or collections is a plus, with professionalism and confidentiality throughout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence.
• Attention to detail; proficient in note-taking and data entry.
• Experience in medical billing, insurance, or collections a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare overpayments preferred.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow up on assigned provider accounts daily.
• Call healthcare providers to discuss overpayment balances.
• Update account statuses and enter notes in CollectOne.
• Prepare and send overpayment notifications and invoices.
• Respond to provider emails and voicemails daily.
• Handle disputes or refund information requests.
• Meet daily call and talk-time quotas (85–100 calls; 170–220 minutes).
