Job summary

You will recruit providers, support onboarding, educate on contractual requirements, and monitor network capacity to ensure timely access to services.

Success relies on building strong relationships with providers, community partners, IDT staff, and stakeholders to improve member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service or business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with individuals served in the Family Care program preferred.
• Knowledge of provider network operations and contracting in managed care.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, engage, and develop providers to grow a high-quality network.
• Coordinate provider onboarding and integration to strengthen capacity.
• Educate providers on contractual requirements and obligations.
• Monitor network adequacy and address service gaps to ensure access.
• Negotiate provider rates to maintain cost-effectiveness.
