Lakeland Care Incorporated is seeking a Provider Quality Specialist to support a network of high-quality service providers and ensure contract compliance for our members in Wisconsin. You will monitor provider quality, assist with remediation of incidents, and collaborate with the Provider Quality and Quality Specialists to maintain strong provider partnerships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a human service or business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with the Family Care population or provider industry.
• Strong knowledge of the service provider industry, including licensing requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and analytic skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and disseminate information.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of adequate insurance.

Mansioni

• Collaborate in developing quality standard definitions for providers and consistent processes to evaluate service quality.
• Monitor licensure regulations and serve as a resource to providers to improve delivery.
• Review quality data monthly to identify trends and propose action plans.
• Make recommendations to provider policies and procedures and engage in oversight.
• Promote quality work and lead provider quality oversight.
• Communicate effectively with providers and other Lakeland Care departments.
• Respect diverse opinions and contribute to inclusive practices.
• Provide education to contracted providers regarding Family Care and state statutes.
• Collaborate on incident review, policy review, risk remediation and best practices.
