Job summary

Lakeland Care, Inc. is seeking a Provider Specialist to develop and maintain a culturally responsive provider network across Wisconsin. Under supervision, you will recruit providers, support onboarding, and ensure contract accuracy while aligning with Family Care requirements.

You will monitor network capacity, resolve service gaps, and build strong relationships with providers and community partners to promote equitable access and high-quality services for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Experience with Family Care program preferred.
• Knowledge of provider network operations and contracting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop providers to grow a high-quality network.
• Onboard providers and improve engagement.
• Educate providers on contractual requirements and obligations.
• Monitor network capacity and address service gaps.
• Negotiate provider rates to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Lead provider-related meetings and document outcomes.
