Job summary

Lakeland Care Inc. is seeking a Provider Quality Specialist to maintain a network of high-quality service providers and monitor contract compliance within the Wisconsin-based nonprofit.

You will collaborate with Providers to remediate incidents and licensure review matters and to strengthen quality-of-service delivery for members. Under supervision, you will develop quality standards, analyze monthly data, and engage stakeholders to improve outcomes, while fostering strong working relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience with Family Care or provider industry.
• Strong knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations for providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality standards definitions for providers and evaluation processes.
• Understand DHS licensure regulations for residential and skilled nursing facilities.
• Review monthly quality data to identify trends and propose action plans with providers.
• Recommend provider policies and address Statements of Deficiency with regulators.
• Lead provider quality oversight and promote quality across the network.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational practices.
