Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Provider Liaison Lead to expand presence across northern Denver metro area and Fort Collins, CO. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and create long-term referral partnerships, educating pediatricians and specialists about Soar’s integrated care model.

This high-visibility role requires frequent travel (4-5 days/week) within the region and entails collaboration with Marketing and Operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Growth & Development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in provider liaison roles or healthcare sales.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and personal vehicle for in-person visits (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage referral partner network to support growth.
• Conduct ~20 in-person visits per week to pediatricians and related providers to establish partnerships.
• Maintain CRM with daily activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing for provider-facing materials.
• Organize community events to promote Soar’s mission and services.
