Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Provider Liaison Lead to build and grow referral partnerships with pediatricians, psychologists, and early intervention specialists in the northern Denver metro area and Fort Collins, CO.

The role requires frequent travel (4-5 days/week), strong relationship-building, and a commitment to integrated, evidence-based care for children and families. You will educate providers and coordinate care updates across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in provider liaison roles or healthcare sales.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a vehicle for in-person visits.
• Ability to travel ~80% of the time in northern Denver metro area and Fort Collins, CO.

Responsibilities

• Provider Engagement & Relationship Management with 80% focus.
• Maintain CRM and report engagement metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing on provider-facing materials and events.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote Soar’s services.
