Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Provider Liaison Lead to grow referral partnerships across Phoenix East Valley and Tucson. You will educate pediatricians and other providers about Soar’s integrated autism care and coordinate care updates for shared patients.

The role requires frequent travel (4–5 days/week) and building a high-visibility, high-impact presence in the community. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in provider liaison roles or healthcare sales.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and personal vehicle to use for in-person visits.
• Ability to travel ~80% of the time spanning Phoenix’s East Valley and the Tucson metro area.
• Eager to join a fast-paced start-up that is scaling rapidly.
• Strong understanding of healthcare providers and health systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust referral partner network.
• Conduct ~20 in-person visits per week to providers.
• Educate providers on Soar’s integrated autism care.
• Coordinate care updates for shared patients.
• Update CRM daily and track outreach metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing on provider materials.
• Organize community events to promote Soar’s mission.
