Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of health plan, managed care organization, medical group physician office, IPA, or related work experience.
• 6+ months experience working within a team-oriented environment.
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point-of-contact to the physician network and be responsive to physician needs.
• Respond within one business day to provider issues and coordinate with central departments to resolution.
• Assist the Provider Relations team by researching and resolving provider inquiries.
• Conduct outreach to provider network via email or phone to address inquiries and concerns.
• Support escalation processes by triaging issues and monitoring turnaround times.
• Assist with onboarding and updating provider data in Optum databases.
