Job summary

Ardent Health in Brentwood, Tennessee, seeks a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate provider site visits across markets, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for physicians, APPs, and clinical partners during on-site visits.

You will manage visit logistics, prepare materials, and facilitate communication with clinical departments, partnering with nursing, HR, operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless provider experience and strong engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, customer service, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clinical and non‑clinical teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute provider site visits, including agenda creation and coordination with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for providers before, during, and after visits, ensuring timely communication.
  • Prepare visit materials, orientation packets, schedules, and documentation; ensure resources are available.
  • Greet providers, escort them through clinical departments, and address real-time needs or questions.
  • Partner with nursing, medical staff services, operations, HR, and leadership to ensure a seamless provider experience.
  • Identify and elevate provider concerns, workflow barriers, or operational issues to leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and follow-up actions; support leadership reporting.
  • Foster positive relationships with providers to support engagement and retention.

Job Summary

The Provider Recruitment Coordinator serves as the primary point of coordination for provider site visits across our markets . This role ensures a smooth, professional, and well ‑ supported experience for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical partners during their time on site. The liaison manages visit logistics, facilitates communication between providers and clinical departments, and supports initiatives that strengthen provider engagement and operational excellence.
