Job summary

Aspirus Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a Provider Recruiter to join our Office of Provider Experience and lead in-house provider recruitment across clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians.

You will develop recruitment strategies aligned with the operating plan, collaborate with Medical Group leadership, and promote Aspirus as an employer of choice. The role is full-time with hybrid work, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel or health care related activities.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and stakeholders at various organizational levels, including C-suite.
