The Provider Recruiter will collaborate with operational leaders and Medical Directors to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. The Provider Recruiter is the central point of contact between candidates and the network throughout the recruitment and on-boarding processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manages the full recruiting lifecycle for all open Specialty Care Advanced Practice Provider positions from initial approval through final negotiations.
  • Manages unique sourcing strategies for each opportunity.
  • Oversees the coordination of itineraries and travel accommodations for prospective candidates inclusive of flights, hotel, and rental cars.
  • Maintains all documentation in appropriate tracking systems and assists in the tracking and development of recruitment‑related metrics and reports when needed.
  • Maintains internal and external job postings, job boards, website, social media platforms, etc. to ensure all active postings are appropriately marketed.
  • Uses critical thinking and interpersonal skills to reduce/eliminate barriers.
  • Strategically identifies and engages network leadership for involvement in site visits.
  • Understands and communicates network goals, vision and culture to provider candidates.
  • Facilitates the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
  • Attends provider recruiting events locally and nationally as needed.
  • Stays abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

  • Valid IN Driver’s license required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in healthcare, including active contact with providers.
  • Experience in provider recruiting and/or knowledge of local medical community preferred.
  • Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient organizational and task management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines simultaneously.
