Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a health plan, health system or provider organization.
• 3+ years of Medicare experience.
• Proven ability to interact with, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing matrixed environment with ability to leverage internal business partners to complete tasks.
• Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry.
• Ability to form strong client relationships.
• Must reside in one of the specified states.

Responsibilities

• Provider Relationship Management - understand terms of value-based contracts and maintain relationships.
• Educates internal and external parties to ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinates external provider meetings with subject-matter experts.
• Drives provider performance and aligns with local market objectives.
• Improves deal performance across multiple lines of business.
• Uses reporting to monitor contract performance against targets.
• Identifies and executes improvement opportunities.
