Job summary

Hmixray in Thousand Oaks seeks a Provider Patient Concierge Representative to deliver concierge level service to pre-selected patients and support physician offices with scheduling, authorizations, and access. You will collaborate with Sales/Marketing teams to improve patient care and access across imaging services.

You will also help train staff, support marketing campaigns, and maintain professional communication with patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% during work week.
• 2 years in Medical, hospitality, Marketing/Public Relations industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• At least 2 years experience in training and presenting information to groups/individuals
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Offer concierge level service to pre-selected patients (e.g., cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly, nervous)
• Provide exceptional level of customer service to select physician offices including targeted IPA contracted providers
• Assist with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies
• Provide Special Handling, VIP and support to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff with scheduling, stat requests, medical records, reports
• Marketing Concierge support
• Provide Sales field calls to referring physicians
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Communications team at health fairs, forums, and information talks
• Provide set up and assistance with Physician Portal
• Assist Marketing Director in customer service trainings and follow-up sessions
• Support campaign roll-outs to selected providers and patients
• Collaborate with Marketing Director to roll out physician-focused marketing campaigns (areas of focus and programs)

You Will:

• Ability to offer concierge level service to pre-selected patients (cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly, nervous, etc.)
• Provide exceptional level of customer service to select physician offices including targeted IPA contracted providers, as well as provider offices interested in receiving additional and high-level customer service/support.
• Assisting with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
• Provides Special Handling, VIP and support to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff with scheduling, stat request, medical records, reports, etc.

• Assist Marketing Director in customer service trainings, customer service follow ups, constant in-house trainings, for the region, as well as other in-house events
• Provide educational information and assisting in campaign roll-outs to selected providers and patients
• Responsible for working with Marketing Director to roll out monthly/quarterly physician facing focused marketing campaigns (Areas of focused improvement, BCAM, PCAM, pediatrics, LDCT Lung, high risk and genetics program, etc.)
