Job summary

Elevance Health in Colorado is seeking a Senior Provider Network Manager to lead complex contracting, provider relations and network development. The role is largely remote with required in-person training, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, and occasional travel to worksites.

You will mentor staff, draft agreements, analyze financial projections, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper provider mix.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong negotiating and project-management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key resource for other contracting staff and provide mentoring and on-the-job training and development.
• Work independently and exercise high level of judgment and discretion.
• May work on projects impacting the business unit requiring collaboration with other key areas or enterprise projects around network management.
• Serve as a communication link between professional providers and the company.
• Ensure network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties.
• Conduct more complex negotiations and draft documents.
• Prepare financial projections and conduct analysis.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
