Job summary

A statewide Health Information Exchange is seeking a Provider Network Development Manager responsible for leading the growth of the provider network in Oklahoma. This role focuses on developing strategies and partnerships to engage healthcare organizations, specifically targeting rural and underserved areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare sales experience, team leadership skills, and a proven track record in network development. This is a remote position requiring occasional travel for meetings and support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare sales, provider engagement, or network development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading or developing sales or market-facing teams.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and lead a structured provider development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a scalable provider network development strategy.
• Define and evolve team roles, responsibilities, and coverage models.
• Build, lead, and develop the Provider Network Development team.
